Daily devotion 22nd June Mon - Ailin
Will you still trust His heart when you do not see His hands?
Our Christian walk is narrow and straight and trials are something unavoidable. Sometimes, it may be so hard-going that many a times, you just want to quit. And what makes it worst is that sometimes you do not see His hands even in the midst of troubles…
But hey let’s look at what God says in His word, [Romans 5:3-5]
It says, ‘‘we also glory in tribulation, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, Character; and Character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.’’
Guys don’t ever give up. Has God given up on you before? Never did He ever think of it because He loves you. And because He loves you He does not want to see you being at where you are. He wants to mold your character. He yearns to fellowship with you daily! God is more interested in your character than your comfort.
Let’s grow in maturity, as our relationship with God gets closer, we will know and understand God better with the reading & meditating of the word of God. We will also receive revelations from Him; things that He wants to tell us or show us through visions and dreams through our quiet time with Him. A mature Christian has a close relationship with God that even when He falls and does not see God’s hand, because of the relationship and the trust he has in God, he will choose to trust His heart. The mature Christian will stand up again and where does the strength comes from?
Zechariah 4:6 “Not by power nor by might, but by the Spirit of God.”
So guys, always trust in His heart when you don’t see His hands.
There is so many things God, our heavenly father has installed for us.
You may not see it now. Slowly but surely.
Hang on, don’t let go of His promises.
Because, He is worth it.
In his love,
Ruth
